How to register on Winbox MY

Open the sign-up formFill in your details
Enter the details the form asks for, then create your username and password. Check each field before you continue. If it asks for an OTP, type it in on that screen.
Finish and log in
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. When your account is ready, log in with your new username and password and you will land in the lobby.
Pick a strong password
- Make it long. A phrase of three or four words is easier to remember than a jumble of symbols, and harder to guess.
- Do not reuse it. If another site leaks your password, a reused one opens every account that shares it.
- Keep your username and password to yourself, including from friends and anyone who says they are an agent.
- Store it in a password manager or your phone's built-in one, not in a screenshot or a chat.
After you register: deposit, then play
A new account starts at zero. To play for real money, you first deposit inside your account: open the deposit screen, choose one of the payment methods it lists, enter an amount in RM and confirm. The form says my username is taken
Someone already uses it. Add a number or change a word and try again. Pick something you will remember, because you type it every time you log in.
The OTP does not come
Check the phone number you typed, check your signal, and wait a minute before asking for another code. If you asked for more than one, use the newest.
The form will not submit
Look for a field marked in red. It is usually a password that does not meet the rules shown, or a box left empty. If it keeps failing, reload and try on mobile data.
I think I already have an account
Try the login screen, or its reset option, before you open a second account. If you are unsure, ask support inside Winbox.

Registering is just the sign-up form. You decide when, and whether, to deposit afterwards, from the deposit screen inside your account.
What if I made a mistake in my details?
Contact support inside Winbox and explain what needs fixing. Do not open a new account to correct it.
